All our crystals are delivered free of cost in the UK. Delivery will be through Royal Mail using there 1st class recorded service unless otherwise advised.

• Handling time 1 to 2 days fulfilled Monday – Friday
• Transit time 1 to 2 days shipped Monday – Friday

On request we will send world wide (please contact us for further information and pricing)

Return

All items are bespoke and made specific to every individual request.  Therefore we are unable to provide refunds as, once engraved, crystals cannot be reused.  Personalised goods can be returned only if damaged due to manufacturing defects.  No returns are accepted without our prior authorisation.  Please contact us to arrange a return.

In the unlikely event of an item going missing in the post, we will post a replacement as soon as we confirm the loss of the item with the carrier.
